Brae Onnah is a Somatic moment Therapist and Educator with extensive training in Classical Chinese Medicine and uses the practice of the 5 Elements or Forces of Nature in Tui Na Massage, Acupressure and Qi Gong.

Join this guided movement practice with a medical emphasis, learn about the meridian systems. Helps with regulation of emotions, sleep & waking cycles, as well as supporting healthy digestion. Increase the function flow of vital energy for keeping the strength of the muscles and bones while maintaining flexibility and mobility.
