In collaboration Creekside Cafe and Mercantile and their senior sips social hour, Embody Alchemy will be staring off the Senior Social hour weekly with a practice of Qi Gong, Come out on Election Day for the first session and getting moving with Qi Gong based movement session from 9-10AM followed by a social hour for seniors until 11am. Creekside Cafe is offering a $1.00 discount on drinks for those 65 and older during the social hour.
